Massage Cancellation Policy

At ESPT, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services. Please note that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment and/or do not provide at
least two hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the fee. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their time, as they would have been planning and preparing for your session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Your respect for our therapists’ time helps us continue to provide high-quality care to all our patients in Overland Park, KS.
